Not in love? We accept online purchase returns in-store or you can mail them back to us. Please note the fees associated with returns below.

Also, we’re excited to share that, we have eliminated paper invoices for online orders. Your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt emails are considered your receipt now.

Regular Priced Merchandise

RETURNS

  • Within 14 days of the shipping date, you are eligible to return your order for a 25% restocking fee with 75% returned to your original method of payment.

EXCHANGE & CREDIT

  • Within 30 days of the shipping date, you can receive a merchandise credit on a gift card. 
  • In store only — you can exchange within 30 days of the shipping date. 

After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you are fell out of love with your items, you may exchange in store, or contact our customer support team at info@thebridalgallery.com

Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. Please note that sale merchandise may be in less than perfect condition and the condition is reflected in the discount.  No further discounts will be offered.
